I booked SAN-DEN-MSN on Nov. 7th (I have proof on my account on ua.com that it was the 7th). I received the confirmation e-mail (which I didn't read until after the 7th) that said my flight was on Nov. 8th. I only check my flights via ua.com, which said my flight was as I booked it, on the 7th. When I got to the airport in SAN, they said that my flight was on the 8th

. I thought I was an idiot and booked the flight the wrong day, and paid the $100 change fee and flew back to MSN. Now, when I check my itinerary on ua.com, it still says the 7th, just as I had thought. I called UA and they say that they can't bring up the itin that I see online, they only see the incorrect one (on the 8th).
Any ideas on how to deal with this and get my $100 back? Has this happened to anyone?
