Warsaw has a tiny shambles of an airport. If you flight is on-time (which with LOT is definitely a gamble - try www.flightstats.com to look for historical information on this particular route) then you will most certainly make the connection. I don't think the airport was designed with connecting traffic in mind, so you'll find that the staff will do whatever they can to help you make the connection.
