On Skytrax today www.airlinequality.com , there is a scathing review of an AA MIA-LHR-MIA trip in a 757 (???!!!). Is that possible or has the writer been smoking an old tennis shoe ?

I thought that AA used only 777s into LHR and I am not even sure the 757 has the range (4300 NM ?). I know they are used on ORD -MAN as all Y, but could this be an operational acft substitution both ways ?

Seems weird to me.
