I had two disappointing one-night stays this week. No hot water for a shower today! Despite promises on the website, no food menu (for now ... maybe later this month) nor weightlifting equipment (none planned). Motel 6 type staff. Comfy beds, free wifi and nice TV and refrigerator in room, but no microwave in room and no way to print boarding pass without giving the front desk your airline password. I guess this is a step up from AmeriSuites but not much. Fresh paint but still gross old tub in one of the rooms. The property fronts on a freeway. Overall, this place is all sizzle and little steak. Starwood's W chain has nothing to worry about.
