NH has premium economy which might be a good compromise. Also the regular whY class has an IFE (which LH does not), so I would strongly disagree with the distinguished gentleman szg

In Y: NH
In Y+: NH (ok, no brainer LH does not have this)
in C: LH (I don't like being treated like a gaijin BEFORE I even get to Japan, also the NH seat has too much slope for me)
In F: NH (with LH a tight second; actually I wouldn't care too much as long as I were in F on any of these carriers)
