I currently live in Europe and have had the "opportunity" to fly F on several different Euro airlines (intra-European flights, not TATL.) Any domestic F on UA will beat any F on an intra-Euro flight any day. Seats are no different, IFE is no different, meals are virtually indistiguishable. Yeah, you get your own lav but...??

And, slightly OT, but if you are flying Y intra-Europe and don't have an exit row then E-- is the norm. Some of narrowest seat pitch this side of US, lol.
