I would definitely go with ANA F! I flew with them three times in the last 2 months from both LHR and FRA to NRT. Service, Food, and Seat are superior to LH... Even if you dont like Japanese food (they offer the best Kaiseki meals in the air - and it is far superior to CX or SQ First), the western dishes are very good. Krug Champagne and Caviar service served from the container.

The bed is very comfortable and one of the widest (2nd best F bed to the new CX F suite). Service is impeccable. They are always there without you knowing.. and when they serve you, the walk backwards so that they are not turning their backs against you.. Now that is service.

The only odd thing with ANA F is that you can't keep the PJ's! I believe they reuse them.
