I would call them up first and verify it is oversold.

I had a flight the other day which was showing all 0s across the board, but when I called, they said the flight was sold to capacity (not overbooked). When the time for the flight came around, the flight was overbooked by 5, but they didn't need volunteers, and we left with 3 empty seats.
