Being an AF Elite, why should AZ op-up you?

any Skyteam airline should upgrade their elite members first, than ST+...

As an AZ Elite I scored two op-ups in the recent year on longhaul AZ metal flight.
Never got one on any AF flight despite being a ST Elite... should I start a thread in the AF forum?
