not necessarily, I just renenwed mine with an exp date on Jan 2008 (90 days early) to taje advnatge of an RA cert with a DEC 2007 exp.

After the payment went thru, it shows AMB till JAN 2009. After that showed up on the acct, I then mailed in my RA referral via UPS (so that they cannot say the Postal Service "lost" it.)

Now I am hoping that the RA status will kick in before my DEC 4th stay.
