Here is a link to another recent survey measuring an airline's "Reputation Quotient," which takes into account safety, trust, customer service, and food, among other things.

Once again, Southwest ranks number 1; it is followed by DL, AA, and then UA.
This is another one of those surveys that I think doesn't make a lot of sense. If I were to board a WN flight, I would know that I wouldn't receive much more than beverage service. So I would have to be perfectly satisfied with my Coke. On the other hand, if I am travelling in First on UA (a product not offered on WN) and the chicken is undercooked, well then I am a lot less satisfied because the food is inedible.
Different products need to be measured differently.
