I really don't care much about these reports anymore. Their scoring systems are just too complex and biased towards either the discount airlines or one of the major airlines. It is just a way for airlines to advertise their so called inflight service. United's food is actually some of the best within the major. While AA and DL are cutting back to SkyDeli and BistroBag, UAL keeps some hot meals for some medium haul domestic flights and the snack box features more stuffs than other airlines, except the disgusting new Breakfast box.

However, United's baggage handling is a problem. Priority bags do not always come out the first. They lost my bags a couple times last quarter. Now I hesistate to check in bags. The gate situation at Denver is pretty bad... LAX too. The plane always lands early and waits for gates for 45 minutes. It happens way too often.

But it is just another survey...
