I am travelling on SAA 208 from IAD-JNB this Saturday (business class). It will be my first trip to S. Africa. I will have to make a connection for an SAA domestic flight to DUR once I arrive at JNB. The flight to DUR is on a separate ticket, and I will have to pick up one bag upon arrival. Is there an arrivals lounge I can use (I am *Gold)?

Any advice on navigating JNB airport from international arrivals to domestic departures, possible transit time, issues with passport control, changing money in the terminal, etc. would be greating appreciated!
