OK, my 25k CO to Amtrak hit this morning, but I am confused about the AGR to Choice.

I used the link up-thread and am doing 'Qty 5' of 5k blocks of AGR's, for a total of 25k. Why does it say 'To be mailed' under the Choice Points description on the transfer page and then in the confirmation screen ask you to confirm your mailing address for the Choice Points??
