Is that the 10pm flight? How late can a client meeting go?!? Can't you arrange it as a dinner meeting? That's what I'd do (for the benefit of them as much as yourself!)?

(Re-reading, that sounded like it was rather presumptous/accusatory - sorry, it's not meant to be anything of the sort, just a genuine question about the situation...maybe we have different types of clients/meetings ).
