I've searched the boards and have not found any leads on the following. I'm traveling to Indonesia from New York. Looking to stay in Bali and then head to Amanjiwo.

Suggestions for the best routes to Bali or any other airport that involve fewest stops and good business class service and flights to airports nearby Amanjiwo are much appreciated.

I've run a few searches for fares on the web and am surprised to find so few one-stop flight routes.
