not sure why anyone would make assumptions about a TA, unless its their personal TA, and/or theyve already told them what they expect.
I just figured that when I asked them for the lowest rate and they can see the lowest rate on their display screen, that they would give me the lowest rate instead of some other rate which isn't the lowest.
I now know that that was a bad assumption to make.
