I have a couple of Briggs&Riley bags (the compact rolling computer bag and a 20" upright); I love them, but I find them to be, in fact, a bit larger than the "official" measurements on the B&R website when you include wheels, handles, etc. I would not expect anything larger than the 20" to fit, wheels in first, to most overhead compartments.

Of course, I find this to be true of other brands, also.
