I was surprised to serve an omelette, potatoes, sausage, canadian bacon, along with a side of fruit and croissant (no bread choice), on a flight from EWR-ORD. Previously I've served the breakfast sandwich and more recently the pancakes or french toast with a side of fruit. Breakfast was labeled B07, which is the lowest breakfast service. I checked with another f/a and they served the same thing from BDL. Maybe I am not going to the East Coast enough!
