Good news indeed Ben. I am reminded of my old commuting run between SNA and SFO and how the 5-7PM departures had a little sandwich, some fruit and an Andes mint candy served. I was so bummed when they pulled that (pre 9/11) and I had to start eating more RCC snacks instead.
This is what needs to return to short UA flights. I was hoping that with VX competing with a small meal in First on flights between LAX and SFO, UA might have to serve a little something. My fingers are still crossed, but I am not holding my breath...
