Funny is somebody who is a FF with CO (no F), DL (no F), UA (F sucks big time, actually UA sucks big time) US (sucks very big time) and VS (no F) makes such statememts......
IMHO there are not many airline with similar high standards and consistency in F as LH. The only one coming to my mind is SQ......... Maybe the seat is not the most modern but still very comfortable. And I agree that the IFE screen is far to small, but that is what I have my 12" Powerbook for..... Apart from that I think it is one of the best F products I know.....
