I was able to successfully book flights in March for a trip in June of 2007.
However, yesterday I tried to book a flight from MNL to TAG and was unable to. I tried using both a VISA and a MC issued by different banks.
I'm going to western union funds to a friend in MNL to purchase the tickets for me.
Another website to try is: http://www.filipinotravel.com.ph/tic...eservation.php It takes 3 days to process reservations and you have to pickup the tickets in Manila or have them delivered in the metro manila area.

It doesn't do any good to email Cebu either as they never answer their emails.
