Yes, I'm one of them as well. The only problem I had with the transfer of the PanAm miles was that earned, and used, miles did not get counted towards MillionMiles status on Delta. A small detail, but I mention it just to point out that the program benefits weren't all transferred to DL.

I stayed loyal with Delta until this year. Their front line staff is probably one of the finest in the industry, but corporate policies made me jump ship this year. The only tavel I've had on Delta this year is reward tickets.

I would guess that the FF accounts will be transferred to another airline's program when an airline goes belly-up even today. I think that TWA members got their miles rolled over to the American program, for instance.
