As a Skymiles person, I would research travel through ICN, find what looks like an itin I can live with, then call the international Skymiles award desk and let them give it a try. May require a stayover in ICN, or at least a forced overighter.

Not sure what Worldsperks provides as far as phone support. Download the Skyteam travel timetable from the Skyteam web site and play around, searching xxx-ICN, then ICN-NAN and return.
