Did my first 52J yesterday. Was upstairs in 64K, but a screamer was in the bassinet at 64A, so sought refuge downstairs. Pretty light flight so I had 18E and F to myself (18D was free too). Loads of room (more than F!). I recall, I think, that there was a little extra space in front of 17D. Bassinet is 20EF as

What you do notice is the additional noise from the engines. 17D is well back from the galley, although pretty close to the toilet.
You could always try the "I wonder whether you might have a window seat available" at check-in. I've scored more than 1 upgrade after that inquiry. Alternatively, set GGL onto it and see whether they can get you 64A or kick someone else out! (
