In our county in CA, you can only put off jury duty once and my husband just got the call, right when we wanted to do a mileage run - calendar is very tight from now til Dec 31. We need a lot of miles so were looking at SIN. Twice. It is too risky for him to postpone the duty as we have a very expensive cruise coming up in March. You cannot ask for a time for your future duty and, if March came up, he would have to take it. Bummer. I guess we will have to get used to Econ + after 4 years of first.
