Welcome to FT tj-traveler and also welcome to the M&M board. The LOT website will not have any information regarding your question. The rules etc regarding upgrades will all be published on the United site as the host of your FF program. AFAIK United stopped the *A upgrade awards a while ago however. Maybe your question can be moved to the UA forum by Oliver or totti.
