Given the short stay in HK, it is better for OP to take the Airport EXpress. It goes from the arrival level, and returns to the departure level. It is much faster and convenient, especially for someone who is not familiar with HK.

As a side note, I take Airbus most of the time, because it happens to be the fastest for me. I live about 7 minutes away from my busstop.
