Did you receive any compensation? It was probably a system error (possibly hacker...), but IMO they should take responsibility regardless and show their customer focus.

I'm still looking forward to my SFO->JFK in a couple weeks (economy - exit row). I've been looking for a Virgin T-Shirt to wear
