Hello all,
On last May, I booked 2 tickets on the Pluna website for a R/T between GRU and MVD in the upcoming weeks (December). I have received immediately a confirmation by e-mail with an Amadeus booking code. Status was : Confirmed. Moreover, I had pre-assigned seats for both outbound and inbound flights.
There were paper tickets I was due to pay and pick up in GRU the day of the flight.
Today when I look into Amadeus or Pluna website, my booking is gone

Of course the flight is now full and it is impossible to book a new ticket.
Pluna is not responding to my calls at that moment.
What are my chances to get back those ticks, and how?
Any advice will be appreciated.
