Angelos is indeed very good, but I don't know how you can compare it to Zingerman's other than on price. They are on two completely different levels in terms of depth of offerings. Angelos is a basic restaurant with a great breakfast. Zingermans is a world renown bakery and deli and more. They ship worldwide and supply baked goods and pastries to corporations everywhere in the States.
I do love Angelos french toast, though....(without the raisins)...^
