I logged into my RR account to book a flight today using my travel funds. Went through the standard process...but I've never received a confirmation e-mail, the flight doesn't show up in my RR account as a future itenerary, and my travel funds now show to be $0 (I had about $417 and booked a $49 fare). I called CS and was told that my purchase is "processing" and I should receive my confirmation e-mail within 2-3 business days. At that time my travel funds will reflect the appropriate balance. In the mean time...I can't use the rest of them to book other flights!
