MrKS just found out that he doesn't have to work between Xmas and New Year's, so we might be able to sneak in a quick holiday trip. We're starting in SFO/SJC and are open to any destination that we could reasonably travel to/from and enjoy in 4-5 days.

My question: What is the best way to find reasonably priced United fares for a certain range of travel dates, regardless of destination?

My next question: Let's say we wanted to use SWUs. Is there a way to quickly find out which routes might have/not have SWU availability?
