Up in MHT, my home base, I've noticed a STRIKING difference between Delta and Cont gate agents. I heart my Delta agents up there!
The DL MHT people are ballers, I got a call at 1am local telling me that they found my passport and had already dropped in the mail. I hadn't noticed it was missing until they called me. I went YUL-ATL, and the CRJ I was on ended its day at MHT. That's service.
