I dislike the reduced transparency of putting all discount fares in one place. Sure, they tell you the range of fees, but I thought it was nice to see how much the next fare buckets cost so that you can figure out what it might cost if you wait until the sale or cheapest seats sell out. I'm sure most people like the simplicity, but I don't.

Also, I question if they should have called the full-fare refundable "business" - its like a bad joke re: business class and might even cause some problems for people who have to book "economy." They should have stuck with "refundable" and "refundable plus" or something like that.
