OK, what is the precise definition of "travel companions"?
On the same reservation? Well, I often put myself, my wife, and my son on separate reservations if there is any possibility that one or two of us have to make a change. I also do this to simplify the accounting when she is to be reimbursed for a business flight and my son and I are going along for vacation. So are we travel companions?
What about my business partner and I who are flying somewhere together on separate reservations? Would it make a difference if we are on the same reservation?
What about my best friend?
What about my new best friend I just met in the bar?
As a lawyer, you surely have a precise definition in mind for us.
