Prepay businesses and utilities (PGE, Cable, Internet, Cell Phone, auto/house insurance, USPS stamps, DMV fees, medical). Buy alot of gift cards to places you frequently shop (make sure they are the non-expiring/no monthly fee types). Offer to pay for big purchases for your family or people you trust to pay you back. Pay for business expenses (gifts, travel, meals, etc) and submit for reimbursement. You could pay taxes but it usually costs a % to do that.
