WHS; I like my middle initial on my cards and the Blue they'd issued me didn't have it on there (I must have forgotten it when applying online) so I called 'em and they shipped a new one out to me, FedEx, even.

Besides, with AmEx, it appears there's your "Official Name" and your "Card Name"; while I have to be "Kenneth Crudup" for billing purposes, my card could read "King Of the Free World" or whatever.
