LH for me has ALWAYS posted w/in two weeks.
I flew BM for the first time on Jan 1&3, still have not seen the miles.
Even after giving ticket# to MP desk, I was told me to send in copy of ticket AND boarding stubs. the request for boarding stubs p me off, IMO with the ticket number, they should be able to check if you were on the flight or not.
