I did a MR to FRA and specifically requested and bought an L booking class fare to get 100% points then used VIP's RT. After a call to AAdvantage I am still only getting 50% points to post and this is my requalifying itinerary. They are claiming a fare code of " 7 " ( never heard of that one ). I wont requalify EXP without the correct points posting.
Any thoughts on how to get this to post correctly ? Is there a magic bullet to get a competent person at AAdvantage ?
The next time someone at AA tells you it is fare code "7", tell them to turn their display right side up.
