Top that with the number of times I've sat on board at the gate while we waited, and waited for an agent to show up, drive a jetbridge up to the plane and opening the door. I can recall up to 45 minute waits and on average, it is at least ten minutes.

I've written to corporate about it on more than one occasion to no avail. As long as MIA continues to be AA's bread and butter they are turning a blind eye to what local management does to it's employees . . . and how it treats AA's customers.

You experience in MIA is so much different than mine.....

Few mishaps here or there but nothing like what you describe.
