IMO, yes. Old C is very sleepable, and in row 5 you have virtually unlimited legroom with the bulkhead in front of you.
The flight is an overnight, so if you can do better in sleeping your time is much better spend in EZE. EZE is worth having the extra naptime.

I'd spend the miles, YMMV
