NAS/GCM has an extra pilot.
They also carry a couple of local engineers on the NAS / GCM / NAS legs as they don't have any engineers in GCM. Quite useful really, if (as recently) a reading light is not working, you have your own in-cabin engineer to fix it straight away ! Now that's what I call service
I personally am a fan of 4B on the day flight as you have no-one to climb over or climb-over you and you have the added luxury of the bassinet table on which to perch your laptop for an improved DVD viewing experience (comparable to 1A on a 747).
