It's not just taxes and a service charge. It's calculated by "cents per mile" based on the yield fare.

You've got to have extreme flexibilty and not depend on getting on flights. It's stand by, no perks, no rebooking during irregular operations, no hotels or meals, you'll have questions and told to "contact the employee", no business travel allowed - pleasure only...the list goes on and on.

I can't believe an employee would want to be so connected to somebody they don't know that it's worth $3000.00! They can also cancel you off at anytime and how could you do anything about it?

It won't take long for the company to catch on to this, if they already haven't.
