A note about online booking. The "Search by fare" function is not available on itineraries that aren't originating from Hong Kong. Therefore, there is no way of forcing the website to display B/H/K fares rather than the lower M/L/V fare classes etc (Unless you choose Unrestricted Economy Class of course). You have to call the CX e-service center to book those tickets.
