It says something like the rate you requested is not available on the top of the screen.
Try the code with a property that you know has a special rate and last room availability for your companies rate and has availability for that room type on that date. If it doesn't work there, then the code must be wrong. You can call Hyatt and they might give you the code. They definitely know how to look it up because you can ask for your companies rates when you call Hyatt reservations.
My companies code starts with 2 letters, followed by 5 digits. The letters are not "CR". I have to enter the letters and the digits. I guess you might need to enter the letters and the digits.
