I am not GS, but I have been having the same or longer wait times on the 1K line for the last several weeks. It is quite a change from what was normal.

As a side remark...I spent over 45 minutes on hold waiting for the LAX TG agent to come on line. The same thing had happened a week ago when I had thought that maybe it had something to do with the quake they just had. (same day)
The first time no one ever did answer....the second time was over 45 minutes.
