I don't think any of the transatlantics are long enough to qualify for the extra pilot. Caribbean might be?

I'd add a slight tweak to your ranking for the sake of FT excess pedantry.

747 LD (between door 1 &2)
777 3 class (forward of door 2)
747 LD (aft of door 2)
777 3 class (aft of door 2)
777 4 class (aka the flying dorm)
