Forget about routes - what about in destinations and markets served? Is there nearly 100% overlap between destinations and markets served between YX and NW?
What about market concentration? Many communities in Northern WI, MI , and other midwestern destinations are only served by YX NW. What about market concentration at MKE?
What about pricing practices in markets served by YX and NW? - this should be looked at for anti-competitive practices as well.
As for lawyers, come on, lawyers can argue both sides of an issue.
