We are exploring methods of enhancing the customer experience on the CRJ-200. Any improvement must first meet our financial expectations for sustainability. We continue to explore all options available in responding to customer requests about this aircraft. Our goal is to find a solution that can be justified financially while at the same time providing an improved flying experience for our most valuable customers. Even if the seat wasn't "the" first class seat, I think we'd appreciate a 1-1 configuration for 2 rows or so to give us some actual room on the plane. From your post, it's obvious NW won't be doing FC on the CRJ, but I'm glad to hear something may be done. Although, wasn't a survey done quite a while ago? I'd like to see some progress pretty soon. As a first step toward customer satisfaction, how about some free drink certificates for elites flying the CRJ? I think that would be a very nice gesture.
